Hello! My name is Taylor, I'm 19 years old, and I can't wait to get fit! I created this blog so I will have inspiration to go run a mile or do some crunches to achieve my goal.
At one time, I though weight was the most important goal for getting thin, but now I realize that if I am at 110 lbs and can't even run a mile, then I have failed myself. I don't care if I'm 140 and can do more push-ups or run farther than anyone else. This is my new goal.
Every week, I will do cardio 5 times a week, with exercises like pushups and squats every day. Veggies and fruits are a must, and drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
